JUDGMENT / ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., praying to call for the records regarding the proceedings dated 25.02.2010 made in C.C.No.57 of 2001 on the file of District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Keeranur and quash the proceedings.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that already two witnesses have been examined in this case and this criminal original petition may be disposed of with a direction to the trial Court, to dispose of the matter, within a stipulated time and also liberty may be given to the petitioners to advance all their defences, including the grounds taken in this criminal original petition before the trial Court.
3.Considering the above representation, the trial Court is directed to dispose of C.C.No.57 of 2001 on the file of the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Keeranur, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and report to the Registry. The petitioner is also at liberty to advance all his defences including the grounds taken in this criminal original petition before the trial Court.
4.This criminal original petition is disposed of with the above direction. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
