JUDGMENT / ORDER

When this Criminal Original Petition was taken up, an affidavit has been filed by the second respondent in which he has stated that a compromise has been arrived at between him and the petitioners herein, and that he has no objection in quashing the impugned proceedings.
2. Both the parties are present. Their identities have been verified and they accepted the contents in the affidavit as true and genuine.
3. Recording the affidavit filed as stated supra, the proceedings in Crime No.30 of 2015 on the file of the first respondent is quashed, and the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of accordingly. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
