The complaint of the petitioner is that Ext.P3 application under Section 12 (3) of the Kerala Buildings (Lease and Rent Control) Act, 1965 (Act 2 of 1965) is pending consideration and that there is delay in the matter. Notice to the respondent is dispensed with preserving his right to seek re-hearing of this matter, if he is aggrieved by the directions contained herein. On production of a copy of this judgment, the Rent Control Court will consider Ext.P3 interlocutory application filed under Section 12(3) of the Kerala Buildings (Lease and Rent Control) Act, 1965 (Act 2 of 1965) and decide on it as early as possible.
This original petition is ordered accordingly.
