Mr.

Gandhi submitted that after having made part payment towards invoices raised by the petitioner company, the respondent company has failed and neglected to make payments of the balance amount. He also submitted that the statutory notice, though duly served at the registered office of the respondent company, has not been replied and responded to.

Office is directed to issue Notice returnable on 5th April 2012.
