Heard Mr.A.A. Gandhi, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as Mr.Mohit Khanna, Director and authorised person of the respondent-company.
Mr.Gandhi, learned counsel has tendered the consent terms dated NIL duly signed by the petitioner as well as the authorised signatory of the respondent-Company, who is present in the Court and identified by learned counsel Mr.Gandhi. The said consent terms are taken on record.
In view of the consent terms, the petition is disposed of. The parties to act as per the said consent terms.
Both the parties are at liberty to revive the petition in case of difficulty.
