Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing counsel for the State-respondent.
The petition has been filed seeking the following relief-
"(i) Issue a direction to Civil Judge (J.D.) to direct the respondent no.1 i.e. Tehsildar, Tehsil Wajila District- Mathura to expeditiously decide the application within time bound period as Suit No.1142 of 2013 (Dharmvir Singh Vs. Raghuvir Singh) which is pending before respondent no.1 i.e. Tehsildar Tehsil-Wajila District Mathura since 25.01.2014."
The grievance of the petitioner is that his mutation application filed in the year 2014 has not been decided finally till date.
Under the circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent no.1, Tehsildar, Tehsil Wajila District- Mathura to endeavour to decide the case of the petitioner, expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months from the date a certified copy of this order is filed before him.
