Heard Sri Vinay Kumar Pathak, learned counsel for the petitioner.
The petitioner is a retired Upper Mukhya Adhikari, Zila Panchayat, Pilibhit. He has filed this writ petition seeking a direction to provide the benefit of promotional pay scale to him from the date of his regularisation as per the Government Notification dated 18.06.1985 instead of providing it w.e.f.30.01.2004 as per the Government Order dated 30.01.2004 and to accord the benefit of arrears of salary and pension accordingly.
The petitioner in connection with the above has submitted a representation dated 15.04.2017 (annexure-10 to the writ petition) to the respondent No.1.
In view of the pendency of above representation and that the matter involves consideration of factual aspects, we dispose of the writ petition with the direction to the respondent No.1 to consider and decide the above representation in accordance with law most expeditiously, if possible, within a period of four months from the date of production of the authentic/certified copy of this order.
The Writ Petition is disposed of.
