The list has been revised. Even though learned counsel for the petitioner is present but none appears on behalf of the Respondent No. 4 and standing counsel.
This writ petition has been filed, inter alia, for the following relief;
"i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the Respondents to forthwith take actions against the Respondent No.4 upon the complaint made by the Petitioner dated 11.06.2013."
Learned counsel for the petitioner states that a complaint was already filed by the petitioner before the Human Rights Commission about the litigation entered between the parties.
Learned counsel for the respondent no.3 states that the daughter of the respondent no.4 was married with the son of petitioner, namely, Desh Dipak Ajad. Thereafter dispute arose between them which led to litigation and on account of the said fact, petitioner made complaint before the Human Right Commission, which is pending consideration. It is further stated that the complaint was made by the petitioner to harass the respondent no. 4, which is nothing but gross misuse of process of law.
In case the petitioner has any grievance he may approach appropriate forum as per law.
We do not find any justification to interfere in the matter, accordingly, the present writ petition is dismissed.
