Heard Sri Akhilesh K. Dwivedi, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Jai Narayan, learned A.G.A. for the State.
Learned counsel for the applicant is permitted to make necessary corrections in the prayer clause of the correction application as well as in the memo of bail application.
The correction application is allowed and the order dated 11.4.2019 is corrected as follows :
"In the fifth line of fourth paragraph of the order dated 11.4.2019, Section "498-A" be deleted and "section 4 Dowry Prohibition Act" be added in the same place.
