Learned counsel for the petitioner prays that he may be permitted to implead "Obera Inter College, Obera, Sonbhadra through its Manager" as respondent no. 7 in the array of the parties to the writ petition.
He is permitted to do so during course of the day.
Heard Sri R.K. Ojha, learned Senior Advocate assisted by Sri Ratnakar Upadhyay, learned counsel for the petitoner and learned Standing Counsel for the State-Respondents.
The petitioner has been selected as a Principal in Prem Bahadur Inter College, Khalispur, district Varanasi in the year 2008 and continuing as such. The petitioner had rendered service as teacher with respondent no. 7 and prayed that his services rendered in Sonbhadra be also counted for determination of pension benefit etc. The matter is pending before the Director, Secondary Education and report has already been submitted by the District Inspector of Schools, only final decision has to be taken by the Director.
The writ petition is disposed of with the observation that in case the representation with regard to counting the earlier service is pending before the Director, the same shall be considered and appropriate order be passed in accordance with law as far as possible within a period of three months from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order before it.
