This writ petition has been filed by the petitioners with the following prayer:-
"(i) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no.4 to decide the pending application/representation dated 27.3.2019 (Annexure No.6 to this writ petition) in a stipulated and time bound manner as deem fit by this Hon'ble Court; which was preferred for execution of lease deed in respect of Khata No. 104 bearing Plot No. 432 (0.1000 hectares) which is situated at Village Ghanghola, Pargana Dankaur, District Gautam Budh Nagar.
(ii) Issue a writ, order or direction, which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of the case; and
(iii) Award the cost of the writ petition to the petitioner."
Having perused the averments made in the writ petition and the documents appended thereto, we find that for redressal of their grievance, the petitioners have already filed their representation on 27.3.2019, copy whereof has been filed as Annexure-6 to the writ petition, before respondent no.4, but the said representation has not been decided till date.
In view of above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, we dispose of the writ petition with the direction to respondent no.4 to decide the said representation filed by the petitioners before him on 27.3.2019 (Annexure-6), within a period of one month from the date of filing of the certified copy of this order before him, strictly in accordance with law, by a speaking and reasoned order.
