Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned standing counsel for State - respondents.
By means of the present writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for issuing a writ of mandamus directing the respondent no. 3, the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil and District Ghazipur to decide the representation dated 3.10.2017 of the petitioner with regard to land Gata No. 437 measuring 0.343 hectare, expeditiously.
No useful purpose will be served in keeping the writ petition pending. This writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no. 3, the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil and District Ghazipur, to decide the representation dated 3.10.2017 of the petitioner with regard to land Gata No. 437 measuring 0.343 hectare, in accordance with law, within a period of 3 months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
It is made clear that the Court has not adjudicated the claim of the petitioner on merits.
