(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE P.B.MAJMUDAR) Learned counsel Ms.Manisha Narsinghani for Ms.Kavina states that at the time when intimation was sent to the appellant to replace the Vakalatnama, the appellant informed the counsel that the matter has now become infructuous in view of subsequent development taken place between the parties. Hence, she states that appeal may be disposed of as having become infructuous.
In view of statement made by Ms.Manisha for Mr.Kavina, Letter Patent Appeal stands disposed of as having become infructuous. Communication made by the appellant is produced by Ms.Manisha and the same is taken on record.
