Sri Hemand Kumar, learned counsel has appeared on behalf of the respondent-Nagar Nigam.
By the order dated 28.2.2009, the Nagar Ayukta, Nagar Nigam, Bareilly passed a resolution allotting the wards to other assistant engineers which were earlier within the administrative responsibility of the petitioner. The petitioner has been re- allocated work and has been assigned the work of commercial buildings. No infirmity in the order is made out. It is only a routine exercise of reshuffling and distribution of administrative work.
The writ petition is dismissed.
The interim order, if any, stands discharged.
