Heard Sri Rajendra Babu Gaur, learned counsel for the revisionist and Sri Abhinav Prasad, learned A.G.A. on behalf of State.
The present revision has been filed for setting aside the impugned order dated 24.09.2019 of Additional Sessions Judge, Court No. 7, Shahjahanpur in Sessions Trial No. 300 of 2018 (State Vs. Om Prakash and others) Case Crime No. 512A of 2008, under sections 323, 504, 506 IPC, Police Station Katra, District Shahjahanpur and to allow the application of the revisionist application paper no. 36(Ka), under section 319 Cr.P.C. dated 11.06.2019 moved by the revisionist/informant to summon the respondent nos. 2 to 4 for facing trial.
After hearing the learned A.G.A. and after perusing the order impugned as well as material on record, this court is of the opinion that there is no illegality or infirmity in the impugned order.
The present revision is accordingly dismissed.
