Supplementary affidavit filed today by learned counsel for the petitioner is taken on record.
The petitioners had earlier approached this Court by means of Criminal Misc. Writ Petition No.5437 of 2015 challenging the same F.I.R. which is the subject matter of the present writ petition, which was dismissed as withdrawn by order dated 10.5.2015 passed by another Division of this Court comprising of Hon'ble Ravindra Singh, J. and Hon'ble Raghvendra Kumar, J.
We are of the view that the propriety requires that this matter be also placed before a Division Bench of this Court of which Hon'ble Raghvendra Kumar, J, is a member, after obtaining nomination from Hon'ble The Chief Justice,as fresh.
