The prayer made in the instant petition is for issuing direction to the trial court to decide Original Suit No. 800 of 2009 instituted by the petitioners against respondent no. 2 within a specified time frame.
Having regard to the fact that the suit is pending since the year 2009, the instant petition is disposed of with direction to the trial court to decide the same expeditiously by fixing short dates and without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties, provide there is no legal impediment.
