Hon'ble Saurabh Shyam Shamshery,J. Order on the Delay Condonation Application Cause shown is sufficient; delay is condoned.
The appellant has approached this Court after 15 years relying on a judgment of the Madras High Court. The learned Single Judge has rightly recorded that there is an immense delay in raising the claim and that too on the basis of the subsequent judgment. We are not inclined to interfere in the order of the learned Single Judge.
The Special Appeal has no merit and it is accordingly dismissed.
