Ref.Order on Criminal Misc. Restoration Application On 29.3.2016 this Court had disposed of the delay condonation application and dismissed the revision on the ground of delay, Aggrieved by this order learned counsel for the revisionist had filed restoration application which has come up before this Court today.
Learned counsel for the revisionist is not present even in the revised call. Sri Ramanuj Pandey, learned counsel for opposite party no.2 is present. The delay condonation application has been rejected on merits and consequently the revision was also dismissed. The recall application dated 21.11.2017 has been preferred for recalling the order dated 29.3.2016.
No further order is required to be passed in the present recall application and as such the same is hereby rejected.
