CIVIL MISC. SUBSTITUTION APPLICATION.
Heard learned counsel for the parties.
The sole appellant Sri Dharam Narain died on 5.4.2004 leaving behind his widow Smt. Lata Rani, son Harshit and daughter Km. Shilpi. The application is allowed. In front of the name of sole appellant, the word since deceased be mentioned and his legal heirs mentioned in the application be substituted/impleaded as the appellants. The substitution be carried out within two weeks.
