This revision is preferred against judgment dated 20- 07-2009 in Crl.A.No.371/2008 on the file of I Additional District & Sessions Judge, Guntur whereunder judgment dated 01-12-2008 in C.C.No.373/2007 on the file of Additional Junior Civil Judge, Ponnur was confirmed.
2. Heard both sides.
3. Advocate for revision petitioner submitted that the sole accused died on 15-09-2013 and produced death certificate, dated 05-11-2013, issued by Department of Municipal Administration, Tenali Municipality.
4. I have perused the death certificate relating to the accused person and in view of the death of the accused, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as abated.
5. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this criminal revision case, shall stand dismissed.
