Common Order: (per the Hon’ble the Chief Justice Sri Kalyan Jyoti Sengupta) On identical issue involved in these matters, a batch of writ petitions were decided by this Court by delivering a judgment dated 24.2.2014 in Writ Petition No. 30818 of 2012. The aforesaid judgment will be applicable to both these matters also.
Accordingly, these writ petitions are disposed of in terms of the aforesaid judgment rendered in Writ petition No. 30818 of 2012 & batch, dated 24.2.2014.
