3. The Kanakapura Taluk, Agriculture Produce Cooperative Marketing Society Ltd., Near Kalhally Gate Rice Mill, Kanakapura-562 117, By its Secretary. ... Respondents (By Smt. B. P. Radha, AGA) This petition is filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, praying to quash the order dated 14.08.2018 issued by the respondent No.2 a copy of which is produced at Annexure-H and direct the respondents to renew the licence of the petitioner for the period 2018-19 to 2027-28 as sought for and etc.
This petition coming on for Orders, this day, the Court made the following:
ORDER Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a memo dated 13.02.2019 seeking permission to withdraw the petition as the proceedings have become infructuous in light of the order passed on 28.12.2018 by respondent No.1 who has dismissed the Appeal.
2. Memo is taken on record.
3. In view of the said memo and submission made by the petitioner, petitioner is permitted to withdraw the petition by reserving the liberty to challenge the order dated 28.12.2018. All contentions are left open.
Accordingly, writ petition is disposed of.
