Pandya, learned APP for the respondent-State, upon instructions, submitted that the application for parole leave is pending before the District Magistrate, Vadodara for decision.

In that view of the matter, the instant application stands disposed of with the direction to the District Magistrate, Vadodara to decide the application for parole forwarded by the applicant-convict, at the earliest, preferably within a week hereof.
