Heard Sri Prashant Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned AGA for the respondents- State and perused the record.
Learned counsel for the petitioner at the threshhold states that the petition of similar nature has already been accepted by this Court in Criminal Misc. Writ Petition No. 15151 of 2014. He has also shown us the order that is impugned in the writ petition referred above.
On going through the same, we noticed that the order impugned in the instant petition for writ and the order passed in Criminal Misc. Writ Petition No. 15151 of 2014 that the petitioners are same at verbatim.
In view of this fact, we deem it appropriate to dispose of this petition for writ in terms of the judgment and order dated 28.01.2016 passed in Criminal Misc. Writ Petition No. 15151 of 2014.
