The matter has been placed in our Chamber in compliance of the Court's order dated 9.10.2018, by which the Registrar General has placed the report dated 17.12.2018 of S.P., Shahjahanpur before us.
Perused the report of S.P., Shahjahanpur dated 17.12.2018, by which it has been informed that the erring officials, i.e., Sub Inspector Nasir Khan and Sub Inspector Pramod Kumar respectively have been awarded minor punishment as per U.P. Subordinate Police Officials Rule 14(2) (Punishment & Appeal) Rules, 1991.
Let the matter be consigned to record.
