Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.
In effect the petitioner seeks direction for expeditious disposal of his application under Section 24 of the U.P. Revenue Code for demarcation.
However, an order-sheet of the proceedings sought to be expedited and has not been filed.
Accordingly the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition.
