1. Heard learned Advocate for the petitioners.

2. It is submitted that under the guise of correction of the Award dated 26.09.2012 passed in M.A.C.P. No.337/2011, the learned Chairman, M.A.C.T. (Main), Surendranagar vide the impugned order dated 09.10.2012 has entered into the contention raised on merit by the Insurance Company and that too, without hearing the claimant.

3. Considering the above, issue NOTICE returnable on 6th December, 2012. Meanwhile, ad-interim relief is granted in terms of Paragraph (12)(B).

4. However, it is made clear that barring the above, the award dated 26.09.2012 passed in M.A.C.P No.337/2011 is not stayed.
