On perusal of the file, it is revealed that the present appeal came up for hearing on 7.3.2018 and Sri Vikas Srivastava, Advocate brief holder of Sri Madhav Jain, learned counsel for the appellants appeared and sought time and the case was adjourned for 23.3.2018. On 23.3.2018, learned counsel for the appellants prayed for and was granted one week's time for filing certified copy of the statement of P.W.-3 and certified copy of the entire order-sheet of the case.
Again, the matter came up for hearing on 4.4.2018 and Sri Pankaj Kumar, Advocate brief holder of Sri Madhav Jain, learned counsel for the appellants appeared and sought time for filing certified copy of the statement of P.W.-3 and certified copy of the entire order-sheet of the case.
A certified copy of the statement of P.W.-3 and certified copy of the entire order-sheet have not been filed till date.
Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed for non prosecution.
