JUDGMENT / ORDER

Petitioner apprehends arrest by the Iritty police and has filed this application.
2. Learned Public Prosecutor has submitted that as per report dated 23.05.2014 of the S.H.O, Iritty Police Station, as per records of that station, there is no case registered against the petitioner and he is not summoned to the said station in connection with any complaint.
3. Learned counsel submits that key of the car belonging to the petitioner is taken to custody by the police.
4. Petitioner has to seek other remedies elsewhere regarding that. In the light of the submission made by the learned Public Prosecutor, petitioner cannot have any apprehension of arrest now.
The application is closed without prejudice to the petitioner moving again in case of any genuine apprehension of arrest in future.
