The applicant is before this Court for a direction to initiate contempt proceeding against the opposite parties for willful disobedience of the order dated 21.09.2020 passed in Writ Petition No. Writ A No.6318 of 2020 (Dhanesh Kumar Sharma Vs. State of U.P. and Others).
Today when the matter is taken up, it is informed by Sri Shailesh Verma, learned counsel for the applicant that with the efflux of time, the matter has become infrctuous.
Accordingly, the present contempt application is dismissed as having become infrctuous.
