Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA for the State.
It has been submitted that it is a matrimonial dispute between husband (applicant) and wife (respondent no.2). He further submits that respondent no.2 (Padmasna Sharma) has already filed Application U/s 482 No.22586 of 2017 (Annexure No.4), wherein, mediation order has been passed and the proceeding is underway. A request has been made for connecting this application along with the aforesaid application (Application U/s 482 No.22586 of 2017).
Submission so raised is sustained.
List this case along with Application U/s 482 No.22586 of 2017, Padmasna and 3 others vs. State of U.P. and another.
However, maintenance should be continued to be paid to the wife- respondent no.2.
