This writ petition has been filed, inter alia, for the following reliefs:-
"(a) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents to allow the petitioner to collect the Toll Tax awarded by Nagar Palika Parishad, Deoria on 6.7.2011."
This petition was filed in the year 2011 seeking the aforesaid relief . There is no interim relief granted to the petitioner by this Court and it appears that by efflux of time, the writ petition has been rendered infructuous In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
