By the impugned order dated 20.11.2004, the Additional District Magistrate (Administration), Deoria has informed that the representation of the petitioner dated 2.9.2003 has been disposed of by the District Magistrate vide order dated 11.9.2004.
The contention of the petitioner was that the said order has not been served upon him. This Court vide order dated 23.7.2009 has asked the learned Standing Counsel to file copy of the order along with supplementary counter affidavit. Learned Standing Counsel has filed the supplementary counter affidavit dated 4.11.2009 but the aforesaid order has not been annexed. The writ petition was filed in the year 2004. It is unfortunate that despite the direction given by this Court the copy of the order dated 11.9.2004 has not been filed.
Learned Standing Counsel is granted three weeks and no more to file copy of the order dated 11.9.2004.
