JUDGMENT / ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to consider the Petitioner's representation, dated 23.09.2014 and 6.3.2015 and to continuously give Indira Gandhi National Old Age Widow Sponsored Scheme Amount in future months and to pay the arrears of 33 months from August 2014.
2.The case of the Petitioner is that her husband died and thereafter she applied for Widow Sponsored Scheme to the respondents. The second respondent gave Indira Gandhi National Old Age Widow Sponsored Scheme amount from 24.7.2000 every month till August 2014. However, from August 2014, she was not paid the amount and hence she in person, gave a representation to the second respondent on 23.09.2014 and thereafter, submitted another representation to the first respondent on 6.3.2017 on the Grievance Day. Since no order was passed, the present Writ Petition is filed.
3.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.
4.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that there is no proof for receipt of representation sent by the second respondent. He would further submit that if a fresh representation is sent by the Petitioner, the second respondent would consider the same on merits and in accordance with law, within the time limit prescribed by this Court.
5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the Petitioner is directed to give a fresh representation to the second respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of such representation, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the Petitioner on merits and in accordance with law and pass orders on the same, within a period of four weeks therefrom.
6.With the above directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
