When this Writ Petition was listed for hearing on 27.11.2014, none appeared for the petitioner and hence the matter was directed to be listed for today under the caption ‘For Orders’. Even today also, though the matter is listed under the caption ‘For Orders’ none appeared for the petitioner nor is made representation made on its behalf. In the circumstances, this Court has left with no other alternative except to dismiss the Writ Petition for non-prosecution.
The Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
