JUDGMENT / ORDER

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the conditional order passed by this Court on 04.01.2017 has not been complied with.
2.Since the conditional order passed by this Court on 04.01.2017 has not been complied with by the petitioner, I am not inclined to condone the delay. Accordingly, C.M.P.No.17284 of 2016 is dismissed. Consequently, C.R.P.(NPD)SR.No.78727 of 2016 is rejected. No costs.
