(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE RAVI R.TRIPATHI) The present application is filed by the convict through Jail seeking temporary bail for a period of 60 days so as to undertake agricultural operations and construct residential house.
In the application, he has mentioned that under Indira Avas Yojna his wife is alloted a plot at village Chitroda and out of Rs.45,000/- first installment of Rs.21,000/- is also received. He wants to construct house from the same.
On perusal of the jail remarks, it is noticed that in the month of March-April, 2012, he was granted the temporary bail for 10 days for the purpose of constructing residential house. No details are set out as to what steps were taken during that period. The learned APP to get details from the convict.
