ORDER:
Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the respondents.
This Writ Petition was filed challenging action of the respondents in trying to recover an amount of Rs.6,78,749/- under letter No. AFC/VIJ-BR/MR&R/PKR/2007-2008/729, dated 13.08.2007.
This Court by order dated 24.08.2007 granted stay of all further proceedings.
It is transpired that later on the petitioner filed suits in O.S.Nos.16 of 2011 and 18 of 2011 before the trial Court and obtained orders of injunction. In view of the same, this Writ Petition is dismissed giving liberty to the petitioner to pursue its remedy in the pending civil suits.
Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration if any in the Writ Petition shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
