This writ petition has been filed for quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 24.02.2021 in Case Crime No. 564 of 2021, under Sections 147, 148, 149, 452, 323, 352, 307, 504 and 506 I.P.C., police Station Jalalabad, District Shahjahanpur.
Learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents submitted that the chargesheet has been filed in this case on 23.9.2021 and as such, the cause for filing present writ petition no more survives.
In view of above, the writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.This order has been passed in the presence of learned counsel for the respondent No. 4.
