JUDGMENT / ORDER

The prayer sought for in the present petition is to call for the records in Crime No. 2044 of 2015 on the file of the 1st respondent and quash the same.
2. Pending Criminal Original Petition, the petitioners and the 2nd respondent/ defacto complainant have amicably resolved the dispute between themselves and accordingly, they have entered into a compromise.
3. In order to identify themselves, the petitioners and the 2nd respondent/ defacto complainant have submitted the photo copies of their Aadhar Cards viz., 1.Gokulakrishnan  744089886712, 2. D.Madhan Kumar  30971/TN002/2006 (Driving License) and 3.E.Prakash - 866638929211 and after verification of the original cards, the same are recorded.
4. Today, the petitioners as well as the 2nd respondent/defacto complainant are personally present before this Court and also have been identified. An affidavit of the 2nd respondent/defacto complainant dated 02.11.2017 is also filed to the effect that he has no objection to quash the F.I.R in Crime No. 2044 of 2015 pending on the file of the first respondent.
5. Recording the same, the F.I.R in Crime No. 2044 of 2015 pending on the file of the first respondent is quashed. The Criminal Original Petition is allowed.
6. The affidavit filed by the 2nd respondent/defacto complainant dated 02.11.2017 shall form part of the order.
