JUDGMENT / ORDER

Mr.P.V.Selvakumar, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents.
2.The petitioner, claiming to be a differently abled person, made a representation to the second respondent, seeking consideration of her request for permission to run a petty shop. As the said representation is still pending consideration, the present writ petition has been filed.
3.Without going into the merits of the case and taking note of the pendency of the representation, a direction is issued to the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 21.02.2017 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
