This Criminal Petition is filed to quash FIR in Crime No. 52 of 2012 of Gollapalem Police Station, East Godavari district, for alleged offence under section 354 IPC.

3. Learned Public Prosecutor submitted that police after completion of investigation filed charge sheet and the same is numbered as SC.No.354 of 2012 on the file of II-Additional Assistant Sessions Judge, Kakinada and after trial, petitioner/accused was acquitted as per judgment dated 24/01/2013.
4. Recording the submission of learned Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Petition is dismissed, as infructuous.
5. As a sequel, miscellaneous petition if any, pending shall stand closed.
