JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard learned counsel for the parties.
The relief claimed in this writ petition is as follows, “to issue a Writ, Order or Direction, more in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondents seeking to acquire and demolish the house of the petitioners bearing H.No. 21-2-19 & 20, situate at Markandeya colony, Godavarikhani, Karimnagar District, as wholly illegal, arbitrary, violation of principles of natural justice, apart from violation of Articles 14, 19, 21 and 300-A of the constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents, more particularly the 2nd respondent not to resort to the process of acquisition and demolish the same, with out due process of law and procedure and to pass such other order or orders as may deems fit just and proper in the circumstances of the case.”
Almost with the same relief, the petitioner had earlier filed W.P.No. 23297 of 2010, which was disposed of on 1.4.2011 with the following direction, “In the light of the specific statement made by the 2nd respondent in the counter affidavit, I deem it appropriate to direct that the respondents shall not demolish or interfere with the possession of the petitioner’s premises except by following the due process of law.”
The aforesaid order continues to operate and attained finality. Hence on the self same issue, another writ petition cannot be entertained and it is accordingly disposed of directing the respondents to abide by the directions of this Court issued in the aforesaid writ petition. Miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
