3. I have heard learned advocates appearing on behalf of the respective parties and perused both the judgements passed by learned Trial Courts. That since 02/11/2012 after hearing learned advocates for the respective parties, the parties were directed to maintain status quo with regard to the possession of the property, which has been extended time and again. The parties are directed to maintain status quo with respect to the possession of the suit property till final disposal of the present Civil Revision Application.
