JUDGMENT / ORDER

C.M.Application No. 129303 o f 2011 Heard on above application for amendment.
In view of the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the respondent certain facts have to be brought on record by way of amendment. After perusal of the application and the affidavit filed along with the application, the court is satisfied that the ground is sufficient.
The application is accordingly allowed. Leave to amend the petition is granted. Amendment be incorporated within a week. Copy of the amended petition be furnished to the counsel for opposite parties.
List after one month .
Meanwhile, counter affidavit to the amended petition be filed .
