[1] Present application has been filed by the applicant permitting him to be joined as party appellant in First Appeal No.266 of 2012.

[2] Having heard learned advocate for the appellant and considering the averments made in the application, present application is allowed in terms of para 5(A). Amendment be carried out forthwith. Rule is made absolute to the aforesaid extent.
