This writ petition has been filed against the order dated 29.11.2021 passed by the Assistant Collector, First Class/Tehsildar (Judicial), Bindaki, District Fatehpur.
Learned Standing Counsel submits that the petitioner has an efficacious remedy of filing an appeal against the order dated 29.11.2021 under section 67 (5) of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 (hereinafter referred to as the 'Code').
Under such circumstances, it is directed that if the petitioner files an appeal within a period of one month from today along with a certified copy of this order, the same shall be decided within a period of four months thereafter upon hearing the parties concerned, if there is no other legal impediment. The appeal shall be decided without going into the question of limitation.
Till the appeal is decided or for a period of six months whichever is earlier, status quo as of today shall be maintained.
With the above observation, the writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
