The petitioners have challenged the order dated 5.9.2014 by means of which, the respondents are seeking recovery of certain amounts from them on the ground that earlier their pay had wrongly been fixed.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has invited the attention of the Court to the similar orders passed by it in some other matters, copies of which are annexed with the writ petition.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the recovery of any amount from the petitioners in pursuance to the impugned order dated 5.9.2014 is stayed until further orders of this Court. However, the prospective operation of the impugned order is not stayed and salary shall be payable to the petitioners only in terms of the impugned order dated 5.9.2014.
Let the respondents file counter affidavit within four weeks.
