(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE AKIL KURESHI) Respondents have appeared and filed reply. It is pointed out that the SLP filed by the State against the judgment of the Division Bench of this Court dated 6.4.2011 is fixed for hearing on 13th April, 2012.
To enable the applicants to file rejoinder to the reply of the respondents and also to ascertain the development before the apex court, if any, which may take place, S.O. to 20.4.2011. By the returnable date, the respondents shall keep ready all details of calculations of difference of prospective salary payable to applicants ignoring back wages under the judgment of the Division Bench of this Court and place the same before us.
